What we check on every request

• Each required limit against the policy, including whether an umbrella that schedules the line could make up a shortfall.
• Additional-insured status for ongoing and completed operations, auto, waiver of subrogation, primary and non-contributory, and per-project aggregate, matched against the forms on the policy.
• Expired, not-yet-active and soon-to-expire policies, and projects that run past expiration.
• The insured's name in the request against the named insured on the policies, and the holder against the additional insureds.
• Asks a certificate can't promise, such as notice of cancellation to the holder, flagged so you can answer the requester.
• A draft description of operations that states only what the forms in the file support.

How it works

1. Forward the request with the insured's declarations pages and forms schedule. We never need a login to your agency management system.
2. We prepare the data sheet. It's AI-assisted, every policy number, date, limit and form is checked against the page it came from, and Nick reviews it before it goes back.
3. Your staff decide and issue. Your licensed staff review the sheet and issue the certificate in your own system. We delete the documents within 7 days of delivery.
